    Contractually, Thales TTS must provide her client with insight into the quality of her services.

  • The challenge

    Implementing ServiceNow and an organised IT Service Management system, with a custom made application; Result Measurement System. This way, the performance of contracts with the client can be measured. This system was delivered integrated with the monitoring solution HPE OpsBridge. The product Impulse4 Integrations was used as an integration platform between both systems.

  • The result

    Thales can now serve her client according to the contractual obligations. Faults in the infrastructure can now be discounted with a standard fee for this service.
